Ms. JAYANTHI B S is a passionate academic profressional,currently working as a Faculty Member in the Department of Management Studies, Dr.N.G.P Institute of Technology. She holds the Degree of MBA in Human Resource from Anna University and Gold Medalist Of the batch .As educator and researcher, she focuses on practical teaching approach and student engagement. She is a active member of Youth Red Cross and Fine Arts Club. Her area of interests in education, HR analytics, training, and innovation designing. She is committed to continuous learning and student development. She has presented and published papers and presentations in National and International Conferences and attended more FDPs and MDPs.
