Biography
Dr.P.Mekala is currently working as a Assistant Professor SG in MBA department. She edifies HR and Marketing. She holds dual Master degrees in Business Administration and has specialised in Finance, Marketing and Human Resource. She has been into academic for the past 11 years and has also worked as placement officer for two years. Her areas of academic interest include Research Methodology, Retail Management, Marketing Management and Organizational Development. She has to her credit over 90% of placements achieved while serving as placement officer. She loves to train the under graduate as well as post graduate students on interview skills. She is keenly interested in molding the students in achieving their goals. She is completed her PhD in "Competency Mapping". She holds one year of corporate experience as counselor and trainer at Enhance academy, Coimbatore
