Short Bio

Mrs. R. Saranya is currently working as a Faculty Member in the Department of Management Studies, Dr.N.G.P Institute of Technology. She has completed her MBA From Coimbatore Institute of Management & Technology, PGDCA and M.Phil (Finance) from Bharathiar University. She is now working on her doctoral dissertation on Fintech Models.. She has more than 8 years of experience in teaching. She has over ten papers in national and international journals and conferences to her credit. She has attended more FDP’s and MDP’s. She has undergone a project of Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology and received a grant. She is a member of various professional bodies like All India Council for Technical Skill Development, National Institute for Technical Training & Skill Development and Indian Society for Technical Education. And she also received Social Service Award from Rotary Club of Coimbatore East for her contribution to community development. She has successfully carried out consultancy assignments in various industries in the area of Financial Management. She was instrumental for strengthening industry-institute interface through various MoU’s. She also offered special Training sessions for Healthcare professionals. She has authored a book on Fintech Shaping the Future of Digital India.
