Dr.M.Venkatesh Kumar, is an MBA, with Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, having 16 years of work experience in the area of Education as well as Corporate Relations. He is a linguist with Multitasking skills and his areas of expertise Training strategy, Campus interview, Branding, Negotiation, and Trend analysis. He was awarded four times as a “Best Placement officer” from college management in his tenure. He worked relentlessly from the inception of his career to promote the activities related to training and placements. With his work-oriented nature, he has turned all the categories (rural and urban) of students to meet the industry requirements. He is efficient in organizing campus recruitment. He has organized 1217 campus drives and more than 5000+ students were placed to serve the industry. He has a strong industry people connect through organized several HR conclaves in Metro cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and Coimbatore.
