Short Bio

Dr. C. Vivekanandan pursued his under graduate degree and post graduate degree at Coimbatore Institute of Technology and awarded the degrees respectively in 1986 and 1989 by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He receivd his Doctoral Degree from Anna University in 2009 for his research contributions in Descrete Sliding Mode Control. He served at various positions at Coimbatore Institute of Technology from 1989 to 2010. He served as the Coordinator for the State Level Parttime B.E./B.Tech. admissions at CIT, condcuted by DOTE. Subsequently he served as Dean-Student Affairs, Vice-Principal and Director-Academics at SNS College of Engineering from 2010 to 2019. He has published more than 40 technical articles in International Jounrals and presented around 30 technical articles in National and International Conferences. He is a recognized supervisor by Anna University for guiding PhD scholars and so far 9 candidates have received Doctorl Degree under his supervision. With academic experience spanning more than three and half decades, presently he is serving as Controller of Examinations at NGPiTECH.
