Biography

Dr. K. Sakthisudhan is a distinguished academician, researcher, and mentor with nearly 17 years of experience spanning research, industry, and teaching in reputed affiliated engineering colleges and autonomous institutions. His primary research interests include Antenna Design for Industry 4.0 applications, MRI Coil Design, and Machine Learning. He is a recognized Research Supervisor of Anna University and has made significant contributions to research guidance. Under his supervision, three research scholars have been awarded their doctoral degrees, three scholars have submitted their theses, and six scholars are currently pursuing their doctoral research. Dr. Sakthisudhan has an impressive research portfolio with more than 85 publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings indexed in Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and UGC-recognized databases. His research contributions have gained recognition in the fields of wireless communication, medical imaging, and intelligent systems. In the area of innovation and intellectual property, he has been granted one international patent and has six Indian patents published. His commitment to professional excellence is further reflected through his active involvement in professional bodies. He is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), contributing to the advancement of electronics and communication engineering education and research. With a strong blend of academic expertise, research accomplishments, and industry exposure, Dr. Sakthisudhan continues to contribute significantly to technological innovation, research supervision, and engineering education.
