Short Bio
Dr.K.Moorthi, Having 16 years of Teaching experience and one year of Industry experience. Received Masters in Software Engineering in 2010 and Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai during November 2019. His area of research is data science specifically focused in, impact of data science in the field of e-commerce industry. His work so far has focused on the effects customer reviews and ratings in e-commerce sales, recommendation systems to seller and the increase in usage of e-commerce during Covid 19 period and post Covid. He has published 13 research articles in reputed International Journals and International Conferences out of which 7 research papers and one book chapter is indexed in Scopus. Also Published 2 patents and completed one Consultancy work for developing mobile app to monitor the cleanliness of government school toilets using CNN. He is a reviewer of various international journals and conferences. He acted as Resource person for various workshops, seminars and faculty development programs.
