Short Bio

He earned his B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2000, followed by a Master’s degree in Process Control and Instrumentation in 2004. In 2023, he was awarded a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. With 21 years of teaching experience in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, his areas of expertise include Nonlinear System Modelling and Control, Intelligent Controllers, and Soft Computing. He has authored 13 research papers in reputed refereed journals, presented 10 papers at national and international conferences, and contributed to 2 books and 2 book chapters. His intellectual property portfolio includes 2 granted design patents and 3 registered copyrights. He is an active NPTEL learner and has earned multiple recognitions from the SWAYAM-NPTEL platform. His accolades include: NPTEL Domain Scholar (Jul–Dec 2022) NPTEL Discipline Star (Jan–Apr 2022) NPTEL Believer (Jan–Apr 2022, Jul–Dec 2022, and Jul–Dec 2023) NPTEL Enthusiast (Jul–Dec 2022 and Jul–Dec 2024) NPTEL Evangelist (Jul–Dec 2024) In addition, he received the NPTEL Certificate of Appreciation for his instrumental role as SPOC of the SWAYAM-NPTEL Local Chapter at Dr. N.G.P.
