Short Bio
Ms. G. Nithya with passionate in teaching and research is having more than 12 years of experience in Teaching both UG & PG students and 2 years in Industry with international exposure in Ernst & Young. Currently working as Assistant Professor in the department of Management Studies at Dr. NGP Institute of Technology. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Finance & Marketing. She has completed her M.Phil at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and cleared UGC NET in Management. She is currently pursuing Ph.D in Management. She is a Rank holder in MBA and got Best Project award from CMA. Her area of specialization is accounts and finance. She has presented 3 Papers in International and 13 National Level Conferences. She has also published a patent in the area of finance. She was awarded 3 times for her valuable contributions towards academic excellence by her previous institution. She has organized many seminars, workshops, guest sessions and field trips.
