Dr. C. Meera, Associate Professor- MBA at Dr. NGPIT having 20 years of teaching and Industry expertise, possess wealth of knowledge in instructing Post-Graduate students in Engineering Institutions affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Mother Teresa Women's University, Kodaikanal conferred a Doctoral Degree in the discipline of Management studies in 2011. Her research interests include Marketing, Human Resources, and General Management. She has presented 35 papers in conferences sponsored by AICTE and UGC, 15 research publications in reputed Journals both domestic and International. She has published books on Business Research Methods ,Organisational behaviour, Financial Management, International Business Management, in addition to that published two patents in the year 2022. She has presided over sessions at National and International Seminars and Conferences In leading institutions in Coimbatore. She belongs to several professional bodies CMA , IFERP Institute for Engineering Research and Publication and the All India Council for Technical Skill Development (AICTSD). She is trained in SAP FICO Module, Certified HR Generalist from Institute of Industry HR Designers. She is Outbound trainer , served as guest speaker to various high schools and colleges .She is associated with the non-profit organisation Nila Foundation. She has proven her abilities in crucial areas of management education, skilled at planning team building games and Corporate Roadies that enhances experiential learning.
