Biography

Dr. R.K.Sudhamathi has more than 2 decades of experience in teaching management program. She holds Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and in Finance and Control (MFC). She has UGC-NET at her credit. She was awarded Ph.D. degree in Management by Bharathiar University in 2014. Prior to joining at Dr. NGPitech she has worked with GRG School of Management studies, GRD Institute of Management, SNMV College of Arts and Science and Park’s College of Arts and Science. She has passion in teaching and research. Her area of specialization is finance. She has published many research papers in reputed National and International journals which includes Scopus, UGC - CARE and IEEE Xplore. She has also presented papers in National and International conferences.She has 2 Indian Patent at her credit. She has produced 2 Ph.D. scholars and 2 M. Phil. scholar in the management discipline. She also has organized Faculty development programmes, National seminars, conferences , Workshops and Outbound training programmes. She has also been as a resource person for Management Development Programmes and Faculty Development Programmes. Dr. R.K.Sudhamathi strongly believes that “Perseverance and continuous efforts will lead to success”.
