Short Bio

Dr.R.Indumathy is an educator hails from Coimbatore with Seventeen years of experience which includes sixteen years of Academic and one year of Industry. After a brief employment in the Banking Sector as an Officer for a year, she has joined as a Management Faculty and served at various Business Schools of Coimbatore. Presently, she is as a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies of Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. Her areas of specialization are Human Resources and Systems. She has received many awards during her Academic and Service career. Important ones are: • Best Outgoing Student in MBA • Bharathiar University Rank Holder in MBA • First Rank Holder in PGDPM • NPTEL - Discipline Star • Best Employee Award by Standard Chartered – Scope International, Chennai • Best Employee Award by Orbit Technical Services (Franchisee of WIPRO), Coimbatore She has published several research papers in various National, International and Online Journals which includes SCOPUS, UGC CARE, IEEE Xplore and ESCI – Web of Science and also presented papers in National and International level Conferences and Seminars which includes IEEE. Two of her papers were awarded as Best Paper. Five Indian Patents were filed and published by her. She has authored and published three Books and a Book Chapter. She has also offered Consultancy Services like Logo and Pamphlet designing, ABC Analysis and Opinion Surveys for few Start-ups and Private Firms in and around Coimbatore. She has been served as a Resource Person of various events like Management Meets, Out Bound Learning Programmes, Soft Skill Trainings / Workshops and facilitated the student community to handle interpersonal relationships better. She has organized several Conferences, Seminars, Guest Lectures, Workshops, Short Term Training Programmes, Faculty Development Programmes, and Management Development Programmes.
